We offer 5 different A-Frame models, as well as corrugated plastic signs for use on the street corners to steer buyers to your showing. The advantage of an A-Frame (or tent) sign, is that they do not need to stick in the ground. Dee Sign offers plastic and metal A-Frame versions in 18x24, 24x24, and even an oversized 36x24 size.

Agents often prefer an inexpensive sign on corners since cities are more aggressively enforcing ordinances concerning the display of open house signs. These are stake signs that stick into the ground are inexpensive, and result in more signs at a reduced cost. Even while being inexpensive, there is a wide variety of quality, cost and performance. A218 Heavy Duty A-Frame

Since 1967, this has been our best-selling model nationwide. This Heavy Duty unit weighs 13 lbs. which is very stable in the wind, and has a handle at the top for easy carrying. The best feature is that the panels are printed on both sides, and are easy to remove and flip over. When one side gets scratched up in the trunk of the car, then, you can flip the panel over and get another set of uses out of the very same sign.

MA30

For customers looking for the best Metal A-Frame design, this is the right choice. The MA30 is constructed of ½" angle iron steel, and has a powder coated black or white finish. It has a single hanging panel which swings in the wind providing slight movement to catch the drivers attention.

A224 EZ Carry Lightweight A-Frame

This lightweight A-Frame is also known as the EZ Carry. It is one of our top 3 selling models nationwide. It is extremely popular for those agents who don't want to deal with multiple heavy open house signs on the day of their open house. As a result of its weight, it is not recommended for days when there are moderate to heavy winds as it will blow over.

BS24 Barricade A-Frame

This model is quite simply the best A-Frame model we carry. The construction is heavy duty, yet because it is made of plastic, it is light enough to carry. The sign panels are made of polystyrene and are set in place with screws and capped for a professionally finished look.

Dee sign has an active patent for this product. We score and bend a 4mm corrugated sheet over a ½" angle iron frame that is powder coated. This allows for a low-cost material to be 2x as strong. The panel slips over a ½" angle frame that easily can handle the weight of a 225 lb person standing on it. Thanks to its design this is a very sturdy product at an inexpensive cost.

H30H with 4MM Single Corrugated Plastic Panel

Medium duty H-stake standing 25" to the bottom of the panel. Constructed of 5/16" round rod steel and powder coated in your choice of black or white. Heavier duty steel combined with powder coating make this a great option for everyday use. Smaller wire welded directly to the main frame allow for corrugated panels to slide on to the frame providing for easy panel installation and removal with no hardware required.
Available with 12x18 and 18x24 panels.
Advantages
  • Powder coating helps protect against the elements and is a cleaner look than bare metal
  • Heavier gauge round rod provides greater resistance to wind than the 974
  • Very lightweight and easy to carry

  • More resistant to wind than the 974, but is still susceptible to blowing over in higher winds

Galvanized 3/16" round rod from 32 inches to bottom of panel. Smaller wire at the top slips inside the panel allowing designs to show clearly on both sides. Note: uneven uprights simplify panel installation.
